Terms and Conditions for TDM Education Pty Ltd Mentorships Providing Property Development Education

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Mentor and the Client in respect of the mentoring services provided by the Mentor to the Client.

1.2. By entering into a mentoring agreement with the Mentor, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions

2. Mentoring Services

2.1. The Mentor will provide property development education services to the Client as set out below.

2.2. The Mentor will use reasonable skill and care in providing the mentoring services.

2.3. The Mentor does not guarantee any specific results from the mentoring services, and the Client acknowledges that the results achieved will depend on various factors including the Client's own efforts and dedication.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. The Client shall pay the fees as set out below.

3.2. The fees shall be payable in advance of each mentoring session.

3.3. The Mentor reserves the right to suspend the mentoring services if any payment is not received when due.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. The Mentor shall keep confidential any information provided by the Client in relation to the mentoring services, except where disclosure is required by law or where the Client has given their consent.

4.2. The Client shall keep confidential any information provided by the Mentor in relation to the mentoring services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials provided by the Mentor in relation to the mentoring services are the Mentor's intellectual property and shall not be reproduced, shared or used for any other purpose without the Mentor's prior written consent.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the mentoring agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party.

6.2. In the event of termination, the Client shall remain liable for any fees due and payable up to the date of the agreed term of mentoring purchased.

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1. The Mentor shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client as a result of the mentoring services, except where such loss or damage arises as a result of the Mentor's negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.

7.2. The Client shall indemnify the Mentor against any claims or proceedings brought against the Mentor by any third party as a result of the Client's breach of these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Mentor is located.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Mentor is located.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Mentor and the Client in relation to the mentoring services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

9.2. No variation to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

 10.  Mentoring Program

4 Month Mentorship:

  • Initial Onboarding Call (60 min) 
  • 2 x Monthly Private TDM 1: 1 Mentoring Calls (60 min)
  • 1 x Monthly TDM Hotseat Mastermind Group Call (90 min)
  • Direct Message or Voice Support between calls
  • TDM Community Membership 4 months
  • TDM Resource Portal

Fee payable: 4 x monthly payments of $3,490 per month for a total of $13,960 or 1 x upfront payment of $12,900 (all pricing is in AUD and includes GST)

6 Month Mentorship:

  • Initial Onboarding Call (60 min) 
  • 2 x Monthly Private TDM 1: 1 Mentoring Calls (60 min)
  • 1 x Monthly TDM Hotseat Mastermind Group Call (90 min)
  • Direct Message or Voice Support between calls
  • TDM Community Membership 6 months
  • TDM Resource Portal
  • 1 x TDM Property Health Check with done for you feasibility
  • 1 x Invitation to TDM Exclusive Networking Event

Fee payable: 6 x monthly payments of $3,490 per month for a total of $20,940 or 1 x upfront payment of $18,900 (all pricing is in AUD and includes GST)

10 Month Mentorship:

  • Initial Onboarding Call (60 min) 
  • 2 x Monthly Private TDM 1: 1 Mentoring Calls (60 min)
  • 1 x Monthly TDM Hotseat Mastermind Group Call (90 min)
  • Direct Message or Voice Support between calls
  • TDM Community Lifetime Membership
  • TDM Resource Portal
  • 1 x TDM Property Health Check with done for you feasibility
  • 1 x Invitation to TDM Exclusive Networking Event
  • Lifetime Access Mastermind Group Calls
  • 1 x Half-Day In Person Site Inspection

Fee payable: 10 x monthly payments of $3,490 per month for a total of $34,900 or 1 x upfront payment of $31,700 (all pricing is in AUD and includes GST)
